Oh I just had a brainwave

The student who didn't "get it".



What about asking another student to explain the task to student.  Might that have helped?  It would have taken longer.  But it would have offered a different perspective.  It would have stopped me from being the "leader".  Some training sites say the most important thing in training in a pro environment is to start by establishing credibility.  But I think this goes hand-in-hand with the confidence to say - I don't always know the best way. Maybe easier said than done...
