I know I'm meant to be critical but right now I just want to wallow in the loveliness of it all.....
Despite all the work, I'm having a brilliant time.
How often, in employment, are we given an opportunity to take risks and experiment?
How often do you get to put forward an idea or plan, and then receive objective, expert feedback untainted by someone else's political agenda, reluctance to work, own wish to progress etc etc.... Luxurious! I think every employee at every level should receive this level of support and encouragement.
