How is best practice determined? Do the seven best practice principles still stand now? Can we see them as underpinning and universal?
How can I find an accepted and accredited source of information on education and technology when the ones in the library are all out-of-date...not suprisingly! I think I will have to look at recognised thought-leaders online!
If online communication, collaboration and publishing has changed the way we live, create, interact and perceive media and culture, doesn't that mean it will necessarily change the way we learn and as a result teach?
